Castel Sant’Angelo: Opening Hours
The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9.00 to 19.30 (last admission 18.30). Interestingly, Castel Sant’Angelo is also open all day and night, allowing visitors to take a leisurely stroll around its exterior at any time they wish. The museum is closed on Mondays, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Tickets cost 12 EUR plus a 1 EUR booking fee and they can be purchased online or by telephone. The museum is free on every first Sunday of the month, though an additional 1 EUR booking fee still applies.
